My Glass

The glass pieces I collect are a very important part of my life. Most of what I do during the day is clean them and rearrange them. They are very beautiful pieces. I have so much spare time on my hands I don’t know what I would do without them. Most of what I hear is my brother and mother arguing or the music from the alleyway. Sometimes I wish there was more to my life than these glass pieces but they cannot hurt me. They are more of my friends than any of the people in the cruel world will ever be.
